Who we are

What we collect and why
We process your account email and login information; uploaded photos, selected styles and generated portraits; credit balances and purchase references; support messages; and technical information such as IP addresses, browser details and generation events.
We use this information to provide the service and account gallery (contract), keep required payment and accounting records (legal obligation), answer requests and protect the service from abuse (contract or legitimate interests, as applicable). Optional audience measurement and authorized promotional use of customer portraits rely on consent where required. Necessary photo and account information is needed to supply the requested service; optional consent is not a condition of purchase.
Photos, hosting and AI
Photos and style instructions are processed through Lovable Cloud and its AI Gateway using OpenAI image generation. The providers receive the information needed for hosting, generation, authentication and related security functions. Payments, when available, are processed by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers. Necessary support personnel may access information to resolve a request or incident.
These providers use international infrastructure, and processing can occur outside the European Economic Area. Applicable data-protection and transfer requirements remain in force. We do not automatically publish private customer images or sell personal data. Promotional use of a customer's generated portrait requires separate permission.
Storage and deletion
Guests: download the free portrait from its result screen. No personal gallery or later retrieval is provided for a guest. Closing that screen does not necessarily erase technical or provider copies.
Registered accounts: uploaded photos and completed portraits remain available with the account for later downloads while the account and service continue. Download copies you want to keep. Account and credit records are retained to operate the account and meet related obligations.
For other records, retention depends on the relevant purpose: investigating technical/security incidents, completing support requests, handling associated claims, or meeting legal recordkeeping requirements. Records may be retained longer where required by law or necessary for an existing dispute. Erasure requests are handled manually; no automatic deletion of every record is promised. Deleted database information may remain in rotating backups for approximately two weeks. Copies held by processing providers are also subject to their applicable retention and legal requirements.
Ask to delete an image or account, or request your data, at hello@spadaypets.com. Some billing or dispute records may need to be retained separately. Account deletion ends access to the gallery; see the Terms of Service.
Analytics and your rights
Optional internal audience measurement is activated only after your consent. Change it through Cookie preferences in the footer. See Cookies below.
Where applicable, you can request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability or objection, and withdraw consent. We may reasonably verify identity. GDPR requests are normally answered within one month, subject to lawful extensions notified within that month. You may complain about personal-data processing to the CNIL, https://www.cnil.fr, or another competent supervisory authority.
The service is intended for people aged 18 or over. We use access controls and secure connections, but no online system is entirely risk-free. Material changes to this policy will be communicated where required.
Cookies and browser storage
We use browser storage to operate https://spadaypets.com and, with consent, measure visits. These rules cover local and session storage as well as cookies.

The authentication name varies by project. A random visitor ID is pseudonymous, not necessarily anonymous. Necessary storage supports the function you request; optional analytics stays off until consent.
Use Accept all, Reject optional or Customize in the banner. Reopen Cookie preferences in the footer to change or withdraw your choice. Refusing optional analytics does not block core generation or purchased credits. Clearing browser storage can sign you out but does not cancel an account's purchased balance.
