Using SpaDayPets
You must be 18 or over, able to contract and authorized to use your payment method. Keep your login details secure. You must have the rights needed to upload and process your photos. Unlawful material, infringement, malicious files, automated abuse, repeated abuse of the free trial and interference with security are prohibited. Access may be proportionately restricted for abuse or security reasons; you may contest a restriction by email.
One free guest portrait is available without registration. Download it from the result screen: guests do not have a personal gallery or promised later retrieval. Further use requires registration and available SpaDayPets credits.
Upload one JPEG, PNG, WebP, HEIC or HEIF photo up to 15 MB. Use a clear, well-lit image of one pet without obstructions or unnecessary personal information. Each successful generation supplies one PNG, 1024 × 1536 pixels. Processing usually takes 12–18 seconds, as an estimate; an individual request normally times out after 60 seconds. Use a recent browser and a working internet connection.
AI may change markings, eyes, proportions or accessories. Perfect likeness, exclusivity and identical repeat results are not promised. These artistic limits do not excuse non-conformity with the service description.
Credit packs, payment and delivery
SpaDayPets credits are internal units of this service. One credit buys one successful portrait in any offered style. No subscription or physical product is included. A registered account is required for paid packs.
| Pack | SpaDayPets credits | Final price, USD |
|---|---|---|
| Single | 1 | $0.99 |
| Pack of 3 | 3 | $1.99 |
| Pack of 5 | 5 | $2.99 |
| All-in-One | 50 | $8.99 |
Prices include any taxes we must collect within those amounts. Your bank may charge its own conversion fees. Review your pack, account and total before confirming the payment obligation. Available live payments are processed through Stripe. Credits are allocated after successful payment confirmation; a labelled test transaction is not a real charge. For paid orders we provide retainable order and contract confirmation, normally by email, including required consent records.
Credits have no time expiry while the account stays open and the service operates. They cannot be transferred between accounts or redeemed for cash, subject to mandatory legal remedies. Paid portraits are delivered to the account gallery for later downloads. Keep copies you want to retain; the service is not promised to operate forever. Future offers may change without arbitrarily reducing existing purchased entitlements.
Photo and portrait rights
You keep rights in original photos and allow us and necessary providers to process and store them to generate and deliver portraits, maintain the gallery, provide support and comply with law.
For each delivered portrait, we transfer the rights we hold and can legally transfer, including reproduction, modification, publication and commercial exploitation worldwide for their legal duration. Sharing, printing and selling merchandise are included. These permissions are included in the purchase price and also apply to the free trial without an extra fee. If assignment is unavailable but licensing is possible, we grant equivalent royalty-free permission to the extent we can. Rights to delivered copies survive account closure. Copyright protection, uniqueness and absence of independent third-party rights are not guaranteed. Our brand, software and reusable site materials are not transferred.
Promotional use of selected generated portraits requires separate optional permission. It may authorize non-exclusive worldwide display and reasonable cropping/resizing on our website, social channels and advertisements without an extra fee. It does not automatically cover the original photo, customer identity or testimonial. Permission can be withdrawn for future use by email; we stop new uses and remove controlled online placements within a reasonable implementation period. Independent third-party reposts may remain.
Final sales and quality support
Credit purchases are final. We offer no discretionary cash refunds, cancellations or satisfaction guarantee. The mandatory rights in the Withdrawal and Consumer guarantees sections remain applicable.
Changing your mind, leaving credits unused, voluntarily closing an account or preferring another artistic result does not create a voluntary refund or transfer entitlement. A delivered generation is not refundable merely because of subjective dissatisfaction or disclosed AI variation. Partial use of a pack does not create an additional right to cancel it or cash out the balance.
A technical failure without delivery restores the reserved credit. Support may award replacement credits after reviewing a paid portrait clearly showing another animal or a substantial defect. This extra goodwill program excludes the free trial and does not replace a remedy required by law.
Withdrawal where required by law
These terms do not grant a worldwide contractual cooling-off period. For US purchases, applicable federal and state-law remedies remain valid. Where the applicable distance-selling rules provide it, a consumer normally has 14 days from the purchase contract to withdraw without giving a reason; merely allocating unused credits does not remove that right.
An immediate-digital-content exception is relied on only within its legal scope and after the required prior express consent, acknowledgement of loss and durable-medium confirmation for the supply concerned. General terms acceptance or partial use is not by itself a valid blanket waiver. Any lawfully retained amount is assessed under the applicable rules and actual discounted pack value; no penalty repricing or processing-fee deduction reduces a statutory refund.
Email a clear statement to hello@spadaypets.com, identifying the purchase. Requests are currently handled by email and acknowledged on receipt. Any reimbursement legally due is processed within the applicable deadline, normally 14 days after notice, by the original payment method unless another lawful fee-free method is agreed. The two deadlines in this section concern different events: notifying withdrawal and processing the legally due reimbursement.
Optional withdrawal model

- Account email: email used for the purchase.

Delete wording that does not apply. Any unequivocal statement is accepted; a reference is not required if the purchase can otherwise be identified.
Closure, complaints and applicable law
Request account or image deletion at hello@spadaypets.com. Download wanted files first. Confirmed closure ends gallery access and removes the remaining balance without an additional voluntary refund or transfer entitlement. Existing statutory claims remain valid. If the service closes permanently, we give reasonable notice where practicable and fulfil remedies legally due for outstanding prepaid purchases.
Send complaints to the same email with account and purchase details where available. Applicable consumer mediation and court remedies remain available. Applicable law is determined by the relevant conflict-of-law rules, including mandatory consumer protections; the website language alone does not select a country's law. No clause excludes liability or statutory remedies that law does not allow us to exclude. The applicable consumer guarantees follow.
Consumer guarantees where applicable
The following information explains the French statutory guarantees where applicable. It distinguishes individual portrait deliveries from the continuing gallery/account service. It does not promise that the business will operate forever.
Coverage and proof. For a portrait delivered in an individual or separate act of supply, the consumer may invoke the conformity guarantee for a defect appearing within two years of supply. During the first year, the consumer only needs to establish the defect, not when it arose. For the continuing gallery and account functions, the guarantee covers defects arising throughout their contractual supply period; during that period, the consumer need only establish the defect. The continuing period lasts while the account and service are contractually maintained, including applicable duties and remedies on closure.
Correction and updates. The guarantee includes updates necessary to maintain conformity, throughout the contractual period for continuing services. Correction must be provided without undue delay, free of charge and without major inconvenience to the consumer.
Further remedies. Under the statutory conditions, the consumer may keep the content/service with a price reduction or terminate the affected contract with repayment against giving up the content/service if the trader refuses correction, correction is unjustifiably delayed, correction requires the consumer to pay, it causes major inconvenience, or a defect persists after an unsuccessful correction attempt. A sufficiently serious defect can justify an immediate price reduction or termination without a prior correction request. For a minor defect, termination is available only where the contract did not require payment of a price.
Guarantee suspension. Time during which the content/service is unavailable for correction suspends the remaining guarantee until conforming supply resumes.
Legal basis. These rights arise under Articles L224-25-1 to L224-25-31 of the French Consumer Code. Bad-faith obstruction of the conformity guarantee can attract a civil fine up to EUR 300,000, potentially increased to 10% of average annual turnover under Article L242-18-1.
Hidden defects. The consumer also benefits from the hidden-defects guarantee under Articles 1641–1649 of the French Civil Code for two years after discovery of the defect. Under its legal conditions, it allows a price reduction if the content/service is retained, or repayment against giving it up.
